Have fun with the Building the Team exercises. The Org Chart exercise can be very powerful. Your name may be in multiple boxes (or ALL of them!) Consider what you could hand off moving forward. Every business, even General Electric, started with one person and a dream. Wherever you want to go…you can get there from where you are.
